| History: |
bought it new and enjoying it since. i use it every day, all year round, as my main commuter. compared to the Ducati i previously had, this bike has proven to be very low maintenance and problem free. sweet. |
| Modifications: |
essentially none yet; apart from changing tyres every 4,000 km. worst tyres the stock Michelin pilots . Best and highly recomended are the Metzelers Sportec M3; thinking to add some carbon parts and maybe a fuel commander. |
| Problems: |
lost the exhaust retaining screw because it was not loctited the first time i changed tyres
fuel coupling broke at abt 4,500 km causing fuel leakage.
i lost the passenger seat (most probably due to faulty lock).
at abt 7,000 km the steering stem had to be tightened as it became progressively loose.
