In depth
History: The number of owners is a guess. I bought it I think from Franco Buonvino
Comments: I had forgotten that my first non homebuilt motorcycle was an MV Agusta 125(cento venti cinque)That i purchased late 60's when I went to school in Rome.
I remember I paid $15 ,the clutch slipped ,but was lots of fun and I rode it around town when I wasn't driving my Fiat 500 (cinque cento)
.
I wanted to ride to Moscow from Rome ,but I could not find a passenger to come with and I did not want to go alone.
i did have a contigencity plan "in case " it broke down in the Soviet Union to take a train back to England where I was departing to the US.Realistically I don't think it would have made it only to a not too distant Rome suburb.

It took me 7 more years to relaise that I could not find a passeneger because it was a crazy idea not to mention that although $15 was worth more then now. I think in 2009 dollars it might have been $200-$300.Not much to depend on a machine to go 7000 miles.

I don't know if this is the kind of imformation needed to be registered, but this is all true and at the least an interesting story not to mention my fabulous lack of insite for seven years.. I understand this is a pretty historical motorcycle at the moment

I tried to sell it before I left, but no buyers.
