When I bought this bike in March 2010 the engine was seized and the bike in poor cosmetic condition, although mostly complete. Most of the paint, chrome and aluminium was either faded, corroded or both. Once I started tearing it down it became apparent that it was in excellent condition mechanically, with very little wear. The piston was seized from inaction.
I'm currently in the process of restoring the bike, and hope to have it completed by the end of 2010. |
